BREAST REDUCTION SURGERY Many women are unhappy with the appearance of their breasts. They want them to be bigger or smaller, more symmetrical, less pendulous. Women with extremely large breasts may suffer from shoulder grooves when their bras dig into their shoulders, says plastic surgeon Dr. Diane Gerber, and significant back pain or pain in the breasts themselves is quite common for these women.
